Please read this section carefully before ordering your Extended Warranty

Extended Warranty Package must be bought within the first 30 days of Notebook’s original purchase date (the notebook’s purchased receipt or other proof of purchased is required). If your notebook warranty has expired, you will not be eligible to purchase this package. The system comes with 12 months Manufacture Warranty, starting from the purchase date. The Extended Warranty begins after the expiration of the standard limited warranty.

Amazing Technology offer the following option in the Extend Warranty Packaged

• Extended One Year Warranty (Total 24 months from Invoice Date): $79.99 USD.
• Extended Two Years Warranty (Total 36 months from Invoice Date): $149.99 USD.


This Extend Warranty package only covers failures or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under normal use conditions, as well as any material or workmanship defects. The warranty will not apply if:
1)The warranty seals have been broken or altered.
2)There is damaged caused by viruses, fire, theft, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance or use under abnormal conditions.
3)There is damaged caused by improper installation or improper connection to a peripheral device (optical drive, printer, etc).
4)The serial number on the notebook, components or accessories has been altered, cancelled or removed.
5)There is damage caused by an external electrical fault or any accident.
6)Any equipment or components that ere not included in your product as originally sold to you.
7)There is damage to or loss of any program, data or removable storage media, or if there is costs involved in recovering any program or data.
8)There is software loss or data loss that may occur during repair or replacement.
9)The product has been tampered, repaired and/or modified by non-authorized personnel.
10)Normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

The Notebook’s battery is considered as a consumable part. Due to the natural loss of the battery capacity, there is only a one-year (12 months from purchased invoice date) warranty offered on this item. The battery is not covered by this Extended Warranty Package. Other free accessories and bundles are not covered by this Extended Warranty Package.

During the limited warranty period, Amazing Technology will provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period / extend warranty period (if purchase) or, if longer, 90 days after they are shipped to you.

Shipping fee for Warranty RMA service is cover one way ( via UPS Ground) . Customer will prepaid for sending in the unit for repair.
