Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items sold on Amazing Technology store are final! Amazing Technology will not be responsible for misordering parts. Please be absolutely sure before ordering any parts or accessories. If you have questions about an item, please contact Amazing Technology by email only, phone calls regarding parts will be ignored.
All returns covered under our 15-day money back guarantee are subject to the following:
1.There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns after it is checked to be in working condition.
2. All returns must be authorized by Amazing Technology's Customer Service Department prior to returning. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued once the return is authorized.
3.RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15-days from the purchase date. After 15-days, all products will not be eligible for a refund.
4.RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date it was issued.
5.All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. Amazing Technology will not accept items that is physically damaged or misused. All chipped CPUs due to over-clocking or other misuse are considered physically damaged and not eligible for replacement or refund.
6.All merchandise returned to Amazing Technology must be shipped freight prepaid.
7.All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
8. Amazing Technology does not offer any cross ship service.
9.Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
10.After 15-days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair or exchange must be authorized by Amazing Technology Customer Service Department.
